Kevin Prosch Even So, Come (1991)
Re-Released and Shipping April 25th!
Recorded live in April of 1991 at the Vineyard Church in Anaheim, CA, Even So, Come was Kevin Prosch's debut solo album. What a debut album it was! Still considered by many to be one of the most profound albums of the last ten years, Even So, Come challenged conventional thinking as far as worship music was concerned. Kevin chose not only to record it live in
concert, he also decided to use the Violet Burning, a popular alternative band to back him up. It's evident from the albums energy level that something very special was happening that night. Kevin also enlisted the help of one of Gospel Music's most respected group of backing vocalists: Debbie McClendon-Smith, Maxie Anderson, and Linda McCrary. This dynamic trio is well known for their work with Michael Jackson and Andre Crouch. Put it all together and what you have is a genuine classic. You know you have something special when people get as inspired by it today as they did that April night in 1991.
